Galaad MoutozOrchestra
Galaad Moutoz Orchestra
Formed in 2016, the band hit the ground running by exploring swing repertoires from the 30s (Chick Webb & Ella, Fletcher Henderson, Jimmie Lunceford) before pursuing a more modern sound (Gerald Wilson, Buddy Rich), original arrangements, and finally compositions.
After 7 years, one album and more than 300 concerts in France and worldwide (Vittoria Jazz Festival, Tel Aviv Jazz Festival, Opéra Garnier, Jazzablanca, Jazz Club Étoile, Gouvy Jazz Festival, Pannonica, Havel Hop Berlin, etc), the orchestra releases today its new EP "Heal My Soul" with the singer Mélina Tobiana.
Convinced that a show is a moment of sharing, this dream team unleashes an original jazz, that is both pop and sophisticated, in a big swing celebration.

When he's not leading his
Enamoured with vocal music, he now brings original jazz songs blending hints of broadway musicals, baroque music, pop, folk, and of course a lot of swing.

Anna Stevens
Anna Stevens is mad about swing...
She has been singing with grace and energy this repertoire from the 30s and 40s for nearly 10 years. With Galaad Moutoz, they have travelled France and the world as a duo, a trio, and now as a quintet with renowned musicians (Björn Ingelstam, Jérôme Etcheberry) and always the same passion.
Eager to spread the “good word of swing” around them, they created together in 2017 a show for kids : The Swing Conference, which makes children and adults dance in many festivals.
In 2022, they created a new ambitious show, Swing Celebration, gathering 16 artists (8 musicians and 8 dancers). This rhythmic, glamorous and funny show is an immediate success and continues to play throughout France.
Thanks to her impressive vocal technique, her rich and elegant musical ideas and her communicative smile, she is now establishing herself as a complete artist who delights the audience wherever she goes.
